The candy was good, i gave a lot of it to my companion for a tie, because i am try to get SHREDDED but, i did keep some for me so don’t worry haha :)!

The gospel is the most important thing. In a world with no hope, happiness, or peace, our message blesses lives, gives us hope in a world where evil in many forms is around us. Hope that we can live after death, hope that we can be happy, hope that we can be with our families. In the gospel we hear a message that can only be heard through the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. And that is the KNOWLEDGE of a LIVING SAVIOR who is the gift to the world. He is the gift, the only gift that matters, his birth is the most important event in, around, before, after all eons of time, of all human history. Not one event ever known comes close to the magnitude of Jesus Christ birth. “The Atonement of Jesus Christ outweighs, surpasses, and transcends every other mortal event, every new discovery, and every acquisition of knowledge, for without the Atonement all else in life is meaningless.” The infinite atonement. Christ left behind heavenly thrones, worlds created by him without number, the presence of his father, and all that exists in Heaven for a manger. He traded it all away for flies, the smell of farm animals, and for what? To be killed and slaughtered like an innocent lamb, Christ did not have to do anything, there was no forcible act from the father, it was his choice, and he did out of love. i testify that jesus christ lives! and that through him we can be happy and have hope, and that his church has been restored ! In the name of jesus christ amen!

Week #17- Last Door, Last House, Last Second!

I received this heart warming pic via text on Saturday from a woman in Brenan’s ward. The caption read;

Hi Joni, just wanted you to know that we love your son. He is such a sweet example for my five boys. Thank you so much for raising a wonderful boy and letting him serve here with my people. Merry Christmas!!!

Hey mom, the church is true.

SO i got a good story for this week, we had a good time during thanksgiving, we dominated in the turkeybowl, i played qb, insanity is shredding me i love it, getting so quick. So this week we tracted 8 hours got zero other lessons, zero bombs, we were tracking in the richer area, so our DL decided to challenge us to show up to dinner 30 minutes late, and work a little bit longer, so on the way, biking to our dinner appointment, we stopped by 7 houses, not one was interested, so as we were going up the driveway to the appointment for dinner, we leaned our bikes up against the garage. I thought we got to do one more, we got to, so we walked down two houses, knocked the door, gave a BOM! WE GAVE IT AT THE LAST DOOR, LAST HOUSE< LAST SECOND! To a nice lady who has a husband dying from a stroke, she gratefully accepted the book of mormon, and she said she would read it, so we will see her sometimes this next week. Jesus Christ is the gift, he is the person who makes everything possible otherwise life would be in vain. Heavenly Father gave his son, that we might have everlasting life.

I love and miss you all, and i hope you have a great week, i will look for your gifts in the mail, thank you mom and dad and blake love you all!!!!

Life truly is amazing, there is a lot of joy, and a lot of pain, but the pure love of christ swallows the sting of sorrow. I testify that Jesus Christ lives, and that the Book of Mormon indeed, was translated by Joseph Smith, from the golden tablets, it is indeed the inspired word of god. Know ye not that there are more nations than one? Thou fool that shall say a bible a bible, we need no more bible. Would ye have obtained a bible save it were by the jews? Ye need not suppose that it contains all my words. 2 Nephi 29
